Fairlawn Cemetery,Beckham County,Oklahoma-Graveside services for Ocie DALTON
will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Fairlawn Cemetery with Dr.Ed
SAUCIER officiating.Services are under the direction of MARTIN Funeral
Home.Mrs.DALTON was born March 7,1898 in Paris,Arkansas,and died Thursday at
the Rosewood Nursing Home in Norman at the age of 92.She moved from Arkansas
to Altus.She spent all of herlife in the Altus ,Retop,and Elk City area.She
was a member of the Church of Christ here in Elk City.She also belonged to
the Garden Club and Women of the Church.She was married to Ocie DALTON in
1918 here in Elk City.He preceded her in death in1966.Survivors include two
grandchildren,Bob Maddox,Sr.and Orba Maddox.Four great grandchildren,Bob
Jr.Michelle,Renee,and Matthew Maddox.Besides her husband she was preceded in
death by her only child,Wyoma Maddox on September 23,1988.
