Newspaper dated December 18, 1919 Beckham County

EDWARD T. DAVIS

Word reaches Sayre of the death of E. T. DAVIS, a pioneer of this county,
and a resident of the section north of Erick. Mr. DAVIS was spending the
winter in Southern California and being compelled to undergo a surgical
operation, entered a hospital at Los Angeles, where he died. He was one
of the wealthiest men in the county, and a large land owner in the section
north of Erick.
