Truck Accident Claims Life of Erick Citizen
ERICK (UPI) - J. D. Downey, 59, Erick, died Thursday from injuries he
received in an accident Tuesday.
Downey, a construction worker, was pulling weeds and grass from a pile of
sand along a Beckham County road just south of the Erick city limits, when
a county owned truck driven by Ronald G. Davis, 25, Erick, ran over him.
