   Marie E. Farni was born December 17, 1917 in Hammon, Oklahoma to Della
   Elizabeth and George C. Eakins. She passed away December 27, 2001 in
   Bell Avenue Nursing Center in Elk City, Oklahoma at the age of 84
   years and 10 days.
   She was married to Jessie Doyle Farni at Hammon, OK on November 19,
   1972. Marie lived her entire life in western Oklahoma between Hammon
   and Strong City and attended schools in Newsite and Union Center.
   She had been a resident of Elk City since 1972. Marie was preceded in
   death by her husband; a son, D. Wayne Farni; two brothers, Joe and
   George "Vade" Eakins.
   She is survived by a daughter, Carole R. Farni Bromlow of Elk City,
   OK, a granddaughter, Jacqueline Yvonne Bromlow of Elk City, OK;
   grandson, Billy Wade Bromlow and wife Gina Ann of Elk City, OK; five
   great grandchildren Robyn Yvette Harper, Keleena Mountain, Jr.,
   Joquetta Alberta Carole Marie Inez Mountain, Keenyn Jessie Doyle
   Mauntain and one sister, Lena Faye Eakins Wilson of Glendale, Az.
   Services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at
   Kiowa Cemetery, Roger Mills County, Oklahoma.
