B. 1875 D. 17 Mar 1920 Ural Cemetery Beckham Co., OK S/O Charles & Elizabeth(Glass) W/O Della M. 1892 J.C. Folks, two miles south of town, died Wednesday of blood poisoning. Deceased leaves a mother and father and a sister and brother. Rev. C. Bowles conducted the funeral, and he was buried at the Ural Cemetery. Elk City Newspaper 19 Mar 1920. Joseph C. Folks died Tuesday, morning at his home two miles south of Elk City of blood poisoning. funeral services wer conducted yes- terday afternoon at the home, REv. C. Bowles, officiation. The interment was made at Ural in charge of Gru- bitz and Son. Mr. Folks was 45 years of age. He was married to Miss Della Floyd in 1892. Eleven children were born to this union, nine who survive him, six girls and three boys. Besides his wife and children, his aged parents one brother and one sister are left to mourn his loss.
