   Mrs.Frances FOSTER,90,313 N Walker,died Thursday,September 21,1944-she
   has been in ill health for some time.Mrs.FOSTER was born June
   13,1854.She moved to this county in 1902 and had lived in and near
   Carter ever since.Surviving are a daughter,Zeipha MITCHEL,Elk City and
   two sons,M.E.MITCHEL,Fairbury,Illinois and G.C.MITCHEL,city.Three
   grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive her.Funeral
   services will be conducted Saturday,September 23 at 3:00 p.m.from the
   Church of Christ at Carter,Curtis CAMP,officiating,with interment in
