ALLRED, SUSAN
(19 Aug 1909, Thursday, Elk City Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Miss Susan Allred, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. D. Allred, who lives three
miles west and one south of the city, died last Friday night after a 3
months spell of typhoid fever, and was buried Saturday evening in the city
cemetery, where a large number of sorrowing friends gathered to pay their
last respects.
Miss Allred was a christian lady and was loved by all who knew her.  She
suffered much during her illness, but always had a cheerful word and smile
for her relations and friends.  She leaves a father and mother and several
brothers and sisters to mourn their loss.
The Democrat extends it sympathy to the bereaved relatives.
