BAILEY, LAVINIA
(20 Jan 1916, Thursday, SouthWest News, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Mrs. Lavinia Bailey Died Here Tuesday.  Mrs. Lavinia Bailey, for many
years a resident of this section, died at the home near the city Tuesday
after an illness covering several days.
Mrs. Bailey was 71 years old; she was a native of Kentucky.  She is
survived by several grown children and a number of relatives.  Funeral
services were conducted at the home and the remains were laid to rest in
the Elk City cemetery on Wednesday afternoon.  Funeral arrangements were
in charge of Grubitz & Son.
