BALLARD, EMMETT
(27 Mar 1924, Thursday, Elk City News-Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
BROTHER DIED.  W. A. Ballard returned the first of week from Idabel,
Okla., where he had been called by the serious illness of his brother,
Emmett Ballard, who had pneumonia.  His brother died Wednesday the 19th. 
He was 46 years of age and leaves a wife and 4 children.
