BARTON, FEMALE
(16 Aug 1906, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Mr. S. Jackson of Cheyenne, accompanied the remains of his aunt, Mrs.
Barton, to Sayre yesterday, who died very suddenly Tuesday while visiting
relatives near Cheyenne.  She and her sister, Mrs. A. C. McKinney, were
visiting several miles in the country, Mrs. Barton having a severe
headache, took a powder and not getting relief took more, which seemed to
all take effect at once and stopped the pulsation of the heart death
resulting before a physician could be summoned.  Her remains were
forwarded to Terrill, Texas, for interment, her sisters Mrs. McKinney and
Mrs. Jackson accompanying.
