(19 Jan 1922, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK): OBITARY - DOROTHY BILL (sic) BASS. Sad were the hearts of the many friends and relatives when it was learned that their darling babe had passed to the great beyond. Little Dorothy Bill (sic) was born on March 19, 1921, and died January 5, 1922, aged 9 months and 16 days. She had been a sufferer almost since birth and everything was done that loving hearts and willing hands of her devoted parents could do, but it seemed that the thread of life could not be lengthened and God in his wisdom and power reached out his loving arms and said: "Come unto me sweet little one."
