(26 Jan 1922, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
OLD SETTLER DIES.  A. J. Bruner, an old settler living north of Sayre,
died last Thursday in Elk City, in his 70th year.  Funeral services were
held at his home Friday and interment made in Doxey-Sayre cemetery, Rev.
Devore officiating.  He was a brother-in-law of E. P. Repass of Grimes,
having married May Repass at Shamrock, Texas, a number of years ago.
