BRYANT, SARAH SUSAN
(17 May 1917, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF MRS. A. C. BRYANT.
Mrs. A. C. Bryant of Hereford, Texas, died at the home of her sister, Mrs.
O. B. Hay, Saturday morning.  Mrs. Bryant had been ill for about eight
years, but had grown gradually worse the past year.  She came here two
months ago to visit her sister, thinking the trip might benefit her
health, but she continued to grow worse and was taken to the Frances
Hospital where she took treatment for a month, but getting no relief, she
returned to her sisters home.
The funeral services were held at the Fairlawn Cemetery Sunday morning. 
In the absence of the Baptist pastor, of which church she had been an
earnest worker for 12 years, Rev. Allen officiated.
A husband, baby and sister are left to mourn her loss.
The News-Democrat extends sympathy to the bereaved ones.
