CALLAHAN, JOHN M.
(24 May 1923, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
SUDDEN DEATH.  Mrs. Callahan, mother of Mrs. W. C. Thomas received a
telegram that her husband dropped dead yesterday morning at six o'clock. 
Mrs. Callahan had been in poor health for some time and had been here for
a few weeks so that her daughter could care for her.  She and Mrs. Thomas
left her home (sic) in Ohio this afternoon to attend the funeral.
