CHESNEY, GEORGE E.
(23 May 1929, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
George Chesny (sic)
The body of Mr. George Chesny, who died Wednesday morning in Elk City lay
in the Grubitz and Son funeral home Wednesday where preparations for
funeral services were made.  Mr. Chesny died of pneumonia which he
contracted last Thursday.
(31 May 1929, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
George Chesny (sic) died at Elk City at his home on May 23, 1929, at the
age of 35 years, five months and 2 days.  Funeral services were held at
the Baptist church May 23, 1929.  Reverend C. S. Moad and Reverent H. W.
Shirley officiated.  Grubitz and son, funeral directors, had charge of
arrangements.
