CRITES, CARROLL C.
(27 Nov 1919, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
IN MEMORY OF OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN.
In the cemetery at Elk City lay four of R. W. and Anna Crites' children. 
All are resting so close together, as if in so many beds.  One little boy,
Carroll C. Crites, died April 26th, 1911; Jewel Crites died October 26,
1919; Homer Glen Crites died November 8, 1919; and Lola Crites died
November 12, 1919.
We know that God works in mysterious ways and that His ways are past
finding out, but we know that what God does is right, for He makes no
mistakes.  We can't know now why these things are, but there is a time
when we will know, then we will see the justice of God's dealings with us.
 We will know then that God's ways are right.
