CRITES, HOMER GLEN
(13 Nov 1919, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
MR. AND MRS. R. W. CRITES LOSES SECOND CHILD.
Another child from the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Crites of Sayre, has
been called by death, a son, Homer Glen Crites, who passed away on
Saturday morning at 7:30, after twelve days of illness, of intestinal
trouble.  His sister thirteen years of age died the 26th of October, and
another sister, sixteen years of age has been very low.
Funeral services of Homer Glen were held at Elk City on Sunday afternoon,
Rev. Trevette being in charge.  He was nearly six years of age and a
bright little boy.
The deeply bereaved parents have the sympathy of all our people in this
very sad time, also Grandpa and Grandma Crites of this city, who feel so
deeply the loss of their grandchildren.
The father of Mrs. R. W. Crites recently lost his arm from blood poisoning
and her mother died about three weeks ago.  It seems they are having their
share of trials.
