CRONIN, NONA
(3 Feb 1930, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
PIONEER WOMAN DIES HERE TODAY
Mrs. J. T. Cronin, of Hereford, Tex., an early resident of Cheyenne, died
early this morning in a local hospital after a prolonged illness.
Mr. and Mrs. Cronin moved from Cheyenne in 1910 to Texola where they lived
until five years ago when they moved to Hereford, Texas.
Surviving Mrs. Cronin are her husband, J. T. Cronin, and two daughters,
Molly Ray and Kathleen; her parents, Rev. and Mrs. J. A. Hornbeck, of
Hereford; and a sister, Mrs. S. Jackson, of Waurika.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at the First Baptist
church in Hereford, Gentry-Killough, funeral directors, are in charge of
arrangements here.
