   SAMUEL DEAN DERRICK SR.
   
   Samuel DERRICK Sr. was born February 20, 1919 to Simon and Willie Mae
   DERRICK in North Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the third child. He was
   united in marriage to Ardonia WATKINS in 1940. To this union was born
   six children: Samuel DERRICK, Jr. of Clinton; Charles DERRICK of Elk
   City and Donald DERRICK of Amarillo. Two daughters; Wanda MACER of Elk
   City and Ora Mae COLLINS of Pittsburg, California. Two sisters;
   Dorothy DERRICK of St. Louis, Missouri and Rosie DERRICK LANGSTON of
   Detroit, Michigan. One brother; Elmo DERRICK of Little Rock, Arkansas.
   A host of grandchildren and great grandchildren and nieces and
   nephews. He was preceded in death by his loving Wife; Mrs. Ardonia
   DERRICK and one son L. J. DERRICK and his parents Simon and Willie Mae
   DERRICK and one brother Harold DERRICK.
