   SAMUEL DEAN DERRICK, JR.
   
   Samuel Dean DERRICK, JR. was born June 14, 1941 in Elk City, Oklahoma
   to the late Sam and Ardonia (WATKINS) DERRICK, SR. and passed away
   Saturday at the age og 53. He was the first born. In May of 1959 he
   served in the US Army until May of 1960. He also served in the US Army
   Reserves for 3 years. He was married to Jerry BRYANT of Tulsa and to
   that union three children were born. He married Josephine WASHINGTON
   on January 1, 1991.
   
   Survivors include his wife Josephine DERRICK of the Clinton home. His
   grandmother Inez WATKINS of Elk City and seven children; Dracy BRYANT
   of Tulsa; Vernal WASHINGTON of ElReno; Lorenzo WASHINGTON of Enid,
   Prentice FOWLKS of Enid; Sherry JOHNSON of Tulsa; Resiner (Ann)
   CALDWELL of Clinton and Kathy BAGWELL of Killeen, Texas. Two brothers;
   Charles and Donald DERRICK of Elk City and two sisters; Wanda MACER of
   Okla. City and Ora Mae COLLINS of Pittsburg, California. He was
   preceded by his parents, one son Anthony Bryant and one brother L. J.
   DERRICK.
