DOW, LENORA MAUD ELLEN
(13 Jan 1927, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Lenora Moud (sic) Ellen Daw (sic), daughter of Henry and Zetta Daw, was
born in Elk City, Oklahoma, April 15, 1925, and departed this life in Elk
City to be with the Lord on January 6, 1927, at the age of 1 year, 8
months and 22 days.
Lenora leaves to mourn her loss her father and mother, and one sister,
Lois Daw, grandparents, and other relatives and friends, while her little
spirit was caught up to be with the Lord in glory until He shall return to
bring with Him His redeemed.
Funeral services were held January 7 at the home, conducted by Rev. O. B.
Lyon.  A quartette, Mr. and Mrs. C. C. Perry, Mrs. C. W. Irvine and Frank
Beach sang "Little Jewels."  After prayer Rev. Lyon spoke comforting words
to the bereaved, adding that they knew where to find her, for as Jesus
said, "Of such is the Kingdom of Heaven."  Interment was made in Fairlawn
cemetery.
