DOYEL, MINNIE E.
(27 Jun 1907, Roger Mills Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Died.  Grim death has again claimed one of our members, Mrs. Minnie E.
Doyel wife of James Doyel died in the hospital at Kansas City of blood
poison on the 12th day of June 1907.  She was one of our first members,
having joined our association while at Clinton picnic Aug 1906.
Mrs. Doyel was (born) in Texas on the 11th day of June 1897.  Her parents
moved to Fort Worth with Minnie, while she was quite young.  She met there
and give (sic) herself in matrimony to James Doyel.
J. F. Delany sec. of the Union Home, went to Kansas City on the 17th, and
after receiving afidavit (sic) of death proof, on the 16th, day of June
1907, paid James Doyel One Thousand Dollars 1000.00 in full of his claimed
policy $73 and took his receipt for same.
As the duly authorized authority of the union Home Fraternal Association
we do hereby tender sympathy of its members to the bereaved husband and
the relatives in their sore bereavements.
