DYE, IRIS MARIE
(Jun 1918, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
IRIS MARIE DYE.  Thursday, June 13th, 1918, little Iris Marie Dye, our
sweet little baby was called from this earth.  She was sick only a few
days.  She was born April 22, 1917 and was one year, one month and
twenty-two days old.
Little baby Iris is the second child of Mr. and Mrs. Dye to pass away this
year, and is the fifth cousin in five months.  One son is in the army. 
Edgar Marcus Dye and the last heard from he was on his way to "somewhere",
but would go through St. Louis, having left Clinton, Okla., April 27,
1918.  He had been in Camp Travis, Texas in training.
