FLOURNEY, SAM W.
(16 Sep 1925, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF GRANDSON.
Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Keen attended the funeral services of their grandson,
Sam Flournoy (sic), at Clinton last Thursday.  He had died in Oklahoma
City hospital after short illness of leakage of the heart, and was 23
years of age.  Several months ago he and his mother purchased a drug store
in Holdenville.  He leaves a wife and one child, his mother and two
sisters, Helen, (one of the teachers in Elk City school) and Joy.  His
mother was married two months ago to Mr. Guy Simpson, of Oklahoma City. 
They live in Holdenville.
