GARNER, JOHN W.
(9 Feb 1922, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF JOHN GARNER.
John Garner, living on the Carl Edgar farm near Canute, died last Saturday
of pneumonia, age 44 years.
Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the home, Dr. Jester
officiating.  Interment was made at Pleasant Valley cemetery in charge of
Grubitz & Son.
Deceased leaves a wife and three sons who have the deepest sympathy in
their great loss.

DIED.  John Garner died Saturday morning after an illness of two weeks of
pneumonia, at his home west of Canute.  Funeral services were held at the
home at 3 o'clock, conducted by Rev. Jester.  Interment was at the Hebron
cemetery.
