GILKERSON, INFANT(S)
(23 Jan 1919, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
BABY DIES.  A baby boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gilkerson Saturday
morn.  Being of premature birth, the little one lived but a few hours. 
The father was at Camp Pike, but arrived here Sunday.  The little one was
buried in Fairlawn cemetery on Monday afternoon.  Rev. Trevette being in
charge.  The young couple have the sympathy of their many friends.
(23 Jan 1919, Thursday, Southwest Press, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DIED.  A baby girl was born to Mrs. Frank Gilkerson last Saturday, but
lived only a short time. The mother has been very ill, but is better at
present.  Mr. Gilkerson was away at a training camp at the time, but
returned Monday in time for the funeral of the little one.
