She was always found associated with Christian people at church, at prayer meetings and all religious gatherings. While she lived a quiet life yet she was always at her post of duty at church and Sunday School. Her pastor recently made the remark that Luda was one member he could depend on at all times, and her relatives and friends testify that she was never heard to speak harm of any one, but was always the same kind, Christian, spirited person, numbering her friends as all with whom she came in contact. Funeral services were held at the Nazarene Church in Dill City, Rev. Hale officiating, assisted by the Methodist and Baptist ministers of Dill City. She was laid to rest in the South Burns Cemetery (Washita County).
