GROSSMAN, IDA ELIZABETH
(6 Aug 1930, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Daughter of Pioneer Family Succumbs After Brief Illness
Funeral services for Mrs. Ida Elizabeth Grossman, 24, wife of Lawrence
Grossman, of Canute, will be held Thursday at nine o'clock in the Holy
Family Catholic Church in Canute, it was learned today.
Mrs. Grossman had lived near Canute all her life.  She was the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. Gus Edler, of Canute, who have lived in that vicinity for 29
years.  Mrs. Grossman had been ill since Saturday and died Tuesday in a
city hospital.
Mrs. Grossman was born south of Canute, March 17, 1906.  Immediate members
surviving are her husband, Lawrence Grossman and four children, three sons
and a daughter.  The youngest child is only six weeks old.
Interment will be made in the Holy Family cemetery.  Grubitz and Son,
funeral directors, are in charge of arrangements.
