HANKS, J. R.
(15 Apr 1936, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
J. R. Hanks, father of Mrs. G. T. Hayes of this city, died at his home in
Crowell, Texas last night according to word received here.
Mrs. Hayes had been at her father's bedside for some time.  Mr. Hayes left
today for Crowell.
Funeral services were to be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon.
