HARRIS, ROBERT H.
(26 Jan 1910, Wednesday, Elk City Record, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Robt. H. Harris.  Was born in Lancaster, Girrard county, Ky., Jan. 23,
1874; was married to Miss Laura Leach in Benton county, Ark., Dec. 21,
1898; died at his home in this city Jan. 23, 1910.  Funeral services were
held at the First Christian church at 3 p.m. Monday.
Mr. Harris was one of our best citizens, lived a clean, upright life. 
Last September he united with the Christian Church and entered at once
into active church work, being a member of the official board.
One week ago he was strickened (sic) with blood poison in his face and
mouth and after suffering intensely for a week was relieved by death
Monday morning.
He was a beneficiary member of the Modern Woodmen.
The Record extends sympathy to the bereaved family.
