Feb, 1989) Funeral services for Angela Sue Haymes will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Tulsa at the Floral Haven Cemetery, with the Rev. Wayne Kinyon officiating. The graveside services will be under the direction of Martin Funeral Home in Elk City. Mrs. Haymes died Sunday at the age of 45. She was born in Pawhuska on Feb. 16, 1943, and graduated from Hominy High School in 1961. Following graduation, she attended Hillcrest School of Nursing, graduating from there in 1965. She worked for several hospitals in and around Ada before being employed at Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City. While employed there, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Central University in Ada with degrees in History and Political Science in 1984. For the past three and a half years she had been employed by the Community Hospital in Elk City. She was the first board-certified Oncology Nurse in western Oklahoma. Her religious preference was Episcopalian. Survivors include her husband, Tom, of the home; her parents, Gerald and Roberta Warehime of Hominy; her mother-in-law, Sue Haymes of Tulsa; her three daughters and their husbands: Kim and Mark Hill, Melissa and Craig Price, and Rhonda and Eddy Marcum, all of Ada. Also surviving are her brother, Gerry Warehime of Springdale, Ark., and two granddaughters, Lauren Hill and Heather Price, both of Ada.
