She was married to Roe Helm April 7th, 1917, at Chickasha, Okla. Mrs. Helm was the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Jones of Chickasha, Okla. She was converted at the age of 14, giving her young life to the service of her Master. She is survived by her young husband, father and mother and five sisters; Mrs. Maud McCarty, Mrs. Katherine Sing; Miss Willie Jones; Mrs. Vee Dunham and Miss Leatress Jones, all of whom reside in Chickasha except Mrs. Dunham and Miss Willie, and all of whom were present at the funeral. The deceased had been seriously ill but a short time, although she had suffered a serious attack two years ago of the same trouble for which she was operated on about a week ago at the Emergency Hospital in this city, and from which she never recovered. The funeral was held in the Grubitz & Son undertaking parlors at 8:30 p.m., Monday, November 19, conducted by Rev. E. R. Houck, pastor of the First Methodist church of this city, who spoke from the text, "Let not your heart be troubled, etc." John 14:1. His words were full of comfort and hope to the bereaved family. A quartette consisting of Mrs. Francis, Miss Phace, Messrs. Rumberger and Houck, furnished the music. Many beautiful flowers adorned the elegant white casket, which contained the body of the beautiful young bride, all in white, all symbolic of immortality. A large company of people were present at the service. The remains were shipped to Chickasha, Okla., on the midnight train, accompanied by the family, for interment. The sympathy of the community goes out to these bereaved friends in this sad hour. CARD OF THANKS We wish to thank the many friends who assisted us in our recent bereavement, when our dear wife, daughter and sister passed away. We appreciate the words of sympathy, the many kind deeds and the beautiful flowers, the kindness of Grubitz & Son, who so thoughtfully relieved the family of the care and responsibility of the funeral, and the comforting words given by the pastor, Rev.
