HENDERSON, E. F.
(6 Mar 1925, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
E. F. HENDERSON was born June 1st, 1846 in Clark County, Illinois.  Died
March 3rd, 1925 at Elk City, Oklahoma, at the age of 78 years, 9 months
and 2 days.
He was married to Adelia McCreery March the 9th, 1866, who preceded him in
death May 18th, 1920.
To this union was born six children, all of whom survive:  Elnora Woodman,
Elk City, Oklahoma; Walter Henderson, Centerville, Iowa; Alvin Henderson,
Minneapolis, Minnesota; J. A. Henderson, Beloit, Kansas; J. K. Henderson,
Des Moines, Iowa; Finley Henderson, Pueblo, Colorado, also 10
grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
His body was shipped to Freemont, Iowa, Tuesday and funeral services were
held there on Thursday morning, March 5th.
Mr. Henderson had made many friends while here.  The bereaved ones have
the sympathy of all.
