HIGGINS, JAMES BUFORD
(18 Sep 1924, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
BABY DIED.
James Buford Higgins the little baby son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Higgins
died at Canute on Sunday September 14th, and was buried the following day.
 He was three months and thirteen days old.  The News Democrat join with
many friends in offering deepest sympathy to the sorrowing parents.
