DEATH OF A. D. HODGES
The sad news was received here Sunday morning of the death of A. D. Hodges
at Ft. Worth, Texas.
Mr. Hodges had been in the employ of Williams and Miller for the past
eighteen years and was one of the most worthy and highly respected
managers.  He with his family lived in Elk City two years, leaving here
four years ago to make their home in Colorado, Texas, at which place he
lived at the time of his death.
He was an honest, big hearted man with a cheerful disposition, he made
friends where ever he went and they held him in the highest esteem.  He
was a member of the Christian Church, also the Masonic Lodge.
He leaves a wife and two little girls, age nine and eleven years, who will
sadly miss him, as he was a man devoted to his home and family.
