JARBEAUX, THEDA ROSE
(5 May 1925, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Theda Rose Jarbeaux, the little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. W. Jarbeaux
passed away at the home of her parents, on West Broadway, May 1st.  She
was born January 17, 1916.
Theda Rose had an attack of the scarlet fever about seven weeks ago and it
was the effects of this which caused her death.  She moved to this city
with her parents from Olustee about two years ago and had made a host of
friends with grown people as well as children who are deeply grieved by
her death.
The funeral was held at the Jarbeaux home, Saturday afternoon, at 2:30
o'clock and she was then laid to rest in the Fairlawn Cemetery.  The
bereaved parents have the sympathy of all.
