JARRELL, EULA
(3 Jun 1926, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
MRS. CLAUDE JARRELL
Eula Evans was born January 31, 1895, and died May 29, 1926, at the age of
31 years and 4 months, at a local hospital.  She was married to Claude
Jarrell Sept. 27, 1914, to this union were born four children, Bessie 10,
Willie 7, Jean 4 and Lennie 2.  At the age of sixteen she united with the
Church of Christ to which she was a faithful member until the end.
Funeral services were held Sunday, May 31, 1926, at 3:30 o'clock at Port. 
Brother W. T. Vaughn of Cordell officiating.  Burial was made in the Port
cemetery (Washita County) with Grubitz and Son in charge.
Besides her husband and four children, she leaves to mourn her loss her
parents, Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Evans of Port, four brothers and two sisters,
a host of other relatives and friends.
The relatives attending the funeral from Elk City were, Mr. and Mrs. E.
Jarrell, Mr. and Mrs. Jim Jarrell, Mrs. Una Duke and son, Bettie, Grace
and Clifford Jarrell and a number of friends.
