JOHNSON, NANCY G.
(16 Sep 1930, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Services for 76-Year-Old Woman Will be Read at Sayre-Doxey.
Funeral services for Mrs. Nancy G. Johnston (sic), 76, will be held at 3
o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Sayre-Doxey cemetery, Rev. L. L. Shaw,
pastor of the Nazarene church here, will officiate.
Mrs. Johnston died Monday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Guy Poor,
northwest of the city.  Besides Mrs. Poor, Mrs. Johnston is survived by
another daughter, Mrs. Mollie Ball and two sons, A. S. Johnston and H. C.
Johnston, who live near Elk City.  Other children surviving are, Mrs. L.
B. Johnston of Weatherford, Tex., and R. F. Johnston of Chicago, Illinois.

Aged Lady Dies At Daughter's Home
Funeral services were held at the Sayre-Doxey cemetery Wednesday afternoon
for Mrs. Nancy G. Johnson, age 76, who died at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. G. H. Poor, northwest of Sayre, Monday.  Rev. L. E. Shaw of the
Nazarene church officiated.
Mrs. Johnson was the mother of 11 children, six of whom are still living. 
They are Mrs. G. H. Poor, Elk City, Mrs. Mollie Ball, Elk City, A. S.
Johnson, Elk City, H. C. Johnson, Elk City, Mrs. L. B. Johnson,
Weatherford, Texas, and R. F. Johnston (sic) of Chicago, Ill.
These children were present for the funeral which was held under the
direction of Killough-Hullum of this city.
