MOTHER OF MRS. E. B. SAVAGE DIED LAST FRIDAY
(Reprinted from Hammon Advocate):
The sympathy of a host of Hammon friends went out to Mrs. E. B. Savage
when the announcement came from Weatherford last Friday, that her mother,
Mrs. Mabry had passed to the great beyond.  It is said the deceased had
been ill several weeks.  She first suffering a severe attack of influenza
from which pneumonia developed with fatal effect.
The remains of Mrs. Mabry were buried at Weatherford, Saturday, Mr. and
Mrs. Savage and children attending the funeral and internment, and in
respect to the memory of deceased the store of the Hammon Mercantile
Company, in which Mr. and Mrs. Savage are interested, closed last
Saturday.
