MAPLES, JOSEPH S.
(21 Apr 1927, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
J. S. MAPLES
Mr. J. S. Maples, known as "Uncle Joe," passed away at his home April 16,
1927, at the age of 65 years.  Funeral services were held at his home one
block east of the oil mill, Rev. Trent officiating.  Interment at Fairlawn
Cemetery.  Gentry-Killough in charge.
