(28 Feb 1924, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
B. P. MATHEWS DEAD
News was received here Wednesday that B. P. Matthews had died suddenly in
Oklahoma City.  Mr. Matthews is Mrs. T. H. Rainer's father, Mr. and Mrs.
Rainer lived in Elk City until a few months ago, and her father spent much
of his time here.
