(25 Jan 1923, Thursday, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
OBITUARY.
Mrs. H. C. McAnally.
Lucinda Francis Durham was born August 4th, 1867 in Bunt county, Alabama. 
She was united in marriage with Henry C. McAnally at her home in Morgan
County, Alabama, December 18th, 1882.
To this union was born ten children:  Hattie Lee, William Leonard, Bunion
Jefferson, Coy David, Burton, Artie, J. L., John Henry, Isadore Maletus,
Jesse James.
All children are living except Bunion Jefferson who died in infancy and
Burton who died at the age of eight years.
She united with the Baptist church in August 1887 and remained a devout
Christian throughout her life.  She departed from this life January 22,
1923, at the age of fifty-five years, five months and eighteen days.
Those left to mourn her loss are a husband, Henry C. McAnally, children,
Mr. and Mrs. Hudie Morgan and family of Quitman, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. W. L.
McAnally and family of Egan, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Coy McAnally of Royse
City, Texas; Mr. and Mrs. Artie McAnally, Okeene, Oklahoma; Mr. and Mrs.
J. L. McAnally, Canute, Oklahoma; John, Malteus, Jesse McAnally of Canute,
Oklahoma, and a host of friends.
