MC CARTY, ELIZABETH
(4 Mar 1908, Wednesday, Elk City Record, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
MRS. MC CARTY DEAD.
Mrs. Walter McCarty died at the family home on Third street in this city,
Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock.  Mrs. McCarty had been sick but a few
days and was a patient sufferer.  All that could be done in medical
science and careful nursing to assist her recovery was done, but to no
avail.
Mrs. McCarty leaves a husband, three children, a father, three sisters and
three brothers, all of whom were with her to the last.  She was a kind and
indulgent friend, a loving wife and mother, and had many friends wherever
she lived.  Interment today at the city cemetery, funeral from the
residence, conducted by Elder Utley, of Ural.
