(25 Oct 1923, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF BABY
Lela May McEntire, baby daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. H. McEntire, died on
the 17th of October, after nearly a year's illness caused from getting
hold of a lye can when a few months old, causing throat trouble which
resulted in her death.  She was one year, one month and ten days old. 
Funeral services were held at Ural conducted by Rev. Hamilton.
