MERRITT, EMILIE
(1 Apr 1921, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Emlie Merritt, daughter of Frank Merritt of Sentinel, Oklahoma, died
Sunday, Mar. 27, on her eleventh birthday, after a three weeks' illness of
typhoid fever.  She was laid to rest by her mother in the Doxey-Sayre
cemetery, who preceded her just one year ago.  She leaves to mourn her
loss, her father, two brothers, two sisters and a host of relatives and
friends.  Funeral services were conducted at the cemetery.
