PERKY, GEORGE
(4 Oct 1928, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Funeral services were held for George Perkly (sic) of Canute, at the First
Methodist church in Canute Sunday, September 29.  Mr. Perkly was 82 years
old when he died.  His birthplace was Virginia, and he was a resident of
Canute where he had many friends.  Interment was made in Canute cemetery
(Washita County) with Gentry-Killough, funeral directors, in charge.
