PHELPS, WILLIAM THOMAS
(1 Aug 1918, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF LITTLE BOY
William Thomas Phelps, a little son of J. W. Phelps, was taken ill on the
17th with cholera infantum, and everything possible was done for the
little one to relieve him, but of no avail, as the little sufferer passed
away, Tuesday morning, July 30th.  Funeral services were held at the home,
Rev. Bowles, officiating and interment made in West Fairlawn cemetery.
The little son was three years old, four months and twenty-nine days old,
a very bright child and one who will be sadly missed in the home.
The News-Democrat joins the many friends in extending their heartfelt
sympathy to the bereaved ones.
