REED, JESSIE
(5 Dec 1912, Thursday, Elk City Record, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
Little Jessie Reed, aged 9 years, daughter of Nelson Reed and wife, who
lives 15 miles northwest of town, died at the Manley Hospital Monday
morning.  Funeral at the Grand View cemetery Tuesday afternoon, conducted
by George Patterson.
Mrs. Reed came to Elk City with the child some time in October so that the
patient could be treated daily for a serious brain trouble.  Saturday she
was taken to the hospital, but grew worse and died on the date above
stated.

We wish to thank our many friends for their kindness and goodness through
the last sickness of our little Jessie May.  May God bless them.
