(23 Jan 1930, Elk City Newspaper, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK): MRS. ROBERSON DIES HERE TODAY Services to be Friday Afternoon in First Presbyterian Church Mrs. Mack L. Roberson died early this morning in a local hospital after an illness of a few days. Mrs. Roberson has been a resident of Elk City for the past five years. She was born September 16, 1894 near Purcell and moved with her parents, when quite small, to Cheyenne where she was reared. Mrs. Roberson became a member of the First Presbyterian church when a young lady. She was married to Mr. Roberson in 1919 and they made their home at Meridan until they moved to this city. Surviving Mrs. Roberson are her husband, Mr. Roberson, and three children: two sons, Billy Joe and Bobby Ray and a daughter Euvonne; her father, W. B. Turner, who made his home with the Roberson's two sisters, Mrs. Mary Burton of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Millie Turner, of Ft. Cobb; and a brother, Joe Turner, of Chama, New Mexico. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon in the First Presbyterian church with the pastor, Rev. J. A. Tracy, officiating.
