SCHOOLER, GEORGE
(8 Mar 1923, Thursday, Elk City News Democrat, Elk City, Beckham Co, OK):
DEATH OF GEO. SCHOOLER
The many friends of the J. D. Schooler family formerly of Elk City are
grieved to learn of the death of their youngest son, Geo. at the home in
Guthrie on February 16th.  His death was caused from flu and pneumonia. 
Besides the grief stricken parents, a brother, Shelby of Sweetwater,
Texas, and three sisters, Mrs. Lola Carpenter of Elk City, Mrs. Blanche
Atchley of San Antonia and Mamie, who is still at home, mourn the loss of
the loved one whom the Heavenly Father has chose to call Home so early in
life.
The beautiful tribute written by his friends attest the love and esteem in
which he was held in his home town.  These appear in the Guthrie paper.
Miss Grimes of Elk City, aunt of the deceased, attended the funeral.
The News Democrat join the host of friends in extending sympathy to the
bereaved relatives.
